The Departmental Council of Eure-et-Loir wanted to set up a collaborative and DMS platform of the “Digital Workplace” type. The objectives of the project are to replace the "selected" Intranet and optimize case and convocation management, as well as enhance knowledge of the contents concerning the Cantons, including mail. It was also necessary to organize collaborative work in the editing, exploitation and dissemination of content on an evolving platform adapted to current and future uses.

Republic Technologies wanted to create a collaborative DMS solution to :

• have effective management of their large documentary database
• strengthen the collaboration of their teams
• secure their data and exchanges
• control their business processes

In 2018, the Republic Technologies teams turned to CEO-Vision after selecting the GoFAST collaborative DMS platform as a solution to their business requirements.
