File servers and email remain the most widely used tools in organizations for storing and sharing documents internally or externally.
However, this way of functioning has its limitations, often resulting in duplicates, attachments stored in emails, version errors, lost exchanges, and difficulties in adhering to validation processes. Among other issues, there are also security risks, such as ransomware, and limitations for remote work.
This workshop will help you identify key steps to successfully execute a project, presenting two different approaches. Additionally, you will hear about a firsthand experience from a project carried out within a municipality.
