EPFAM

A partner of communities and institutions, the Public Land and Development Establishment of Mayotte (In French: l’Établissement public foncier et d’aménagement de Mayotte (EPFAM)) is a public industrial and commercial establishment of the State. It was installed on June 29, 2017. The centralization of human, technical and financial resources that its EPFA status allows is a source of optimization, a guarantee of consistency and a real accelerator in the completion of projects.
