A little more patience, the new version 4.0 of GoFAST will be launched this fall 2021.
Rich in useful features, GoFAST is always evolving to meet the business requirements. Therefore, the new major version 4.0 was developed based on numerous contributions and discussions with users (workshops, community forums, support, etc.).

AMONG THE MAJOR INNOVATIONS IN GOFAST 4.0
Users will be able to discover new features and improvements based on their requests, including:
- New web interface theme with optimized ergonomics and navigation, for even faster access to all its spaces, documents, tasks and processes, calendar, chat rooms, forums and wikis, directories, etc.
- Very practical changes of the "Kanban" screens for an even simpler management of shared tasks.
- New "business support" role to assist business administrators in the management of collaborative spaces and their members.
- Space templates (with tree structure, template documents, predefined members, etc.).
- Multi-location of folders / directories, for automatic cross-functional sharing of documents, both internally and with its extranet partners.
- Improvement of the "activity summary" notification system, with simplified mass management of subscriptions to spaces, users and tags.
- Improved collaborative features, including: mentioning a user for a dedicated notification, secure document sharing by email without attachments, more convenient navigation on wiki pages and forums, etc.
- Changes in the mass creation of users and the automation of account management.
